4D Hoops Basketball Teams

Grades 5th-8th I Boys & Girls I Fall, Winter and Spring Seasons

For players ready to compete, learn, and grow in a values-based team setting. Our teams focus on building well-rounded athletes through high-quality practices, competitive games, and strong coaching rooted in character.

Program Highlights:

  • Fall/Winter Season: October–February (2 practices/week + weekend games) - split season options available for girls in fall/winter
  • Spring Season: April–May (2 practices/week + weekend games)
  • Focus on motion offense, man-to-man defense, and skill development
  • Small teams (max of 9 players) to ensure more reps and playing time
  • Encourages multi-sport participation to reduce burnout and build balance

4D Hoops Basketball Training

Grades 1st–12th | Boys & Girls | Seasonal (Dates Vary)

Ideal for athletes who want to sharpen their skills—whether they’re in-season, out-of-season, or playing other sports. Our group sessions offer focused instruction in a fun, supportive environment while allowing families to maintain flexibility.

Program Highlights:

  • Open to all levels—from beginners to experienced players
  • Flexible scheduling offered throughout the year to fit your family’s schedule
  • Well-organized sessions with multiple coaches to provide focused instruction
  • Emphasis on fundamental skills, confidence, and basketball IQ
  • We equip players with weekly workouts to follow at home because those who commit to doing the right work, the right way, outside of training are the ones who separate themselves.
